FAQs

What happens after I make an order online?

You will receive an acknowledgement email that your order has been received and we will follow up with a collection date. We endeavour to keep the website updated as accurately as possible. The website will give an estimated arrival date if the stock is on its way to us. Please bear with us - there is currently a global shortage of bicycles exacerbated by the new Brexit import rules.

Can I buy a bike to take away in the shop?

Yes, in the shop everything is currently to take away unless otherwise stated in store.

Can I have my bike delivered when I order one online?

We ask you to collect your bike so we can make sure it is set up to suit you and you are ready to ride it away. Currently there is free collection from our shop - click and collect or just walk in and buy a bike.

What if I change my mind after ordering?
