FAQs

What happens after I make an order online?

You will receive an acknowledgement email that your order has been received and we will follow up with a delivery or collection date. We endeavour to keep the website updated as accurately as possible. The website will give an estimated arrival date if the stock is on its way to us. Please bear with us - there is currently a global shortage of bicycles exacerbated by the new Brexit import rules.

Can I buy a bike to take away in the shops?

Yes, in the shops everything is currently to take away unless otherwise stated in store.

Can I have my bike delivered?

Delivery is available to our local areas for £15 - delivery address must match the credit card payment address. Please state on your on-line order if you would like delivery and we will confirm. Currently there is free collection from our shops - click and collect or just walk in and buy a bike.

What if I change my mind after ordering?
